Agnese Koligina-Balode is a board member of BHRS. She supervises the organisation’s operations and projects. Agnese’s field of expertise is the administration of international multi-disciplinary projects. She also has vast experience in advocacy gained through active participation and representation of NGOs and industries at local and European level. Agnese has worked as a project coordinator at UNESCO in Paris, and as a lawyer and manager of advocacy, regulatory and legal projects for the City Council of Riga and Latvian mobile network operator LMT. She holds master’s degrees in international administration and law from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris and the University of Latvia.
