As the Human Rights Guide Network grows stronger, we welcome new members and the launch of a new website.

Baltic Human Rights Society is thrilled to announce the launch of a new website for the Human Rights Guide Network, humanrightsguide.org, marking a significant step forward in its mission to empower individuals with knowledge of their rights. The Network, which builds the award-winning European human rights and civic education platform, the Human Rights Guide, is also proud to welcome 10 new partner organizations from across Europe.
A central point for the Guide community
The new website serves as a central hub for the Human Rights Guide, a unique platform that explains how human rights work in everyday situations. Designed for citizens, professionals, and educators, the Guide offers accessible, country-specific, and multilingual content grounded in national, European, and international law. Users can explore thematic and practical explanations of their rights, understand how to apply them, and find pathways for complaints or assistance when their rights may have been violated. The platform also provides valuable additional resources and tools, including knowledge assessments, and case summaries.
Founded on the core belief that everyone has the right to know their rights, the Human Rights Guide Network envisions the platform becoming the go-to resource on human rights across Europe. Its mission is to develop, promote, and expand the accessibility of the Guide through collaboration among human rights and civic organizations, as well as educational and public institutions.
Currently available in 11 European countries – Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, Croatia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia, with Armenia joining in 2025 – the Guide is already making an impact globally with many visitors from all over the world.
Welcoming new members
To further its mission of fostering accessible, impactful, and sustainable human rights education, the Network engages in key activities such as collaborative content creation, designing user-centered tools, developing targeted dissemination and strategic valorization efforts, advocating for human rights education, identifying future possibilities for the Guide, and strengthening its growing network.
The Network proudly welcomes the following new members, who will contribute to expanding the reach and impact of the Guide:
